Refund Policy

Overview

Please evaluate thoroughly using the free Trial version before purchasing. ACL Pack licensed software is a digital product — please review the policy below before placing an order.

General Conditions

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase (applies to all tiers).
  • The SDK must not have been deployed to production environments or distributed to end users.
  • Refund means license invalidation: once refunded, the original licenseId is revoked and the SDK can no longer be used. License is a digital product — "refunded but still in use" constitutes abuse and we reserve the right to pursue enforcement.

By Plan

Starter

Digital product, no refunds once delivered. Please use the Trial version to evaluate before purchasing.

Pro / Business

If you encounter a technical issue, email us at zangotech@163.com. If we can reproduce and confirm it as an SDK defect that cannot be fixed, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Integration errors or incorrect usage
  • Requirement mismatch or feature expectations
  • Other non-SDK issues
  • Requests submitted after the 7-day refund window
  • Licenses already deployed to production or distributed to end users

Enterprise

Governed by individual contract terms.

Refund Process

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, and only for SDK defects confirmed by reproduction.

Request channels (either one):

  1. Taobao customer service: use "Request After-sales" below your order → describe the issue → attach order number
  2. Email: send to zangotech@163.com with:
    • Order number
    • licenseId
    • Issue description + reproduction steps

We will review and respond within 3 business days. Upon approval, the original licenseId is revoked and the refund is returned through the original payment channel.
