License Grant

ACL Pack is licensed, not sold. Upon purchase, Zango Tech grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ACL Pack in your application(s) according to your plan:

  • Trial: Evaluation use only. 1 sample operator (resize), input fixed at 1920×1280 uint8 single-channel, output carries an "ACL Pack Trial" watermark. Not for production.
  • Starter: 1 application, buy-once with optional annual updates.
  • Pro: Up to 5 applications, buy-once with annual updates, priority support.
  • Business: Up to 10 applications, all operators and standard pixel types (uint8_t, uint16_t, float) where supported per operator, buy-once with annual updates.
  • Enterprise: Custom terms as agreed in writing.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the library
  • Redistribute the SDK or any portion thereof
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices
  • Use the Trial version in production applications

Intellectual Property

ACL Pack, including all source code, algorithms, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Zango Tech. Your license does not transfer ownership.

Warranty Disclaimer

ACL Pack is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Zango Tech does not guarantee that the SDK will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zango Tech be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of ACL Pack. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the license.

Termination

Your license terminates automatically if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the SDK.
